Terms of Service

Please read these terms of service (THE “AGREEMENT”) carefully before using the game.

Your use of the services is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all of the terms and conditions of the current version of this agreement to the exclusion of all other terms.

By using the app in any manner (as applicable), you agree that you have read and agree to be bound by and a party to the terms and conditions of this agreement to the exclusion of all other terms. "Aquila Studios" may update the agreement at any time without notice to you.

The current version of the agreement can be reviewed by clicking the “terms of service” hyperlink located at the bottom of the game web page.

1.   Access to the game

We grant all users access to the game. You can access it by downloading the "Game" app from the AppStore or the Google Play Store.

2.   Modifications

"Aquila Studios" shall have the right (but not the obligation), at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Services or by sending you an e-mail. "Aquila Studios" may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Game without notice or liability. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.

We will systematically display a date of last update in order to help you track any new iteration of this document. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3.   Ownership

"Aquila Studios" retains all right, title, and interest in and to the game, and all software, products, works, and other intellectual property and moral rights related thereto or created, used, or provided by "Aquila Studios" for the purposes of this Agreement, including any copies and derivative works of the foregoing. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly and unambiguously set forth in this Agreement.

4.   Fees and Payment

The game is free and will remain free. Monetisation is done  using Advertising and/or In-app purchases.

All, if available, in-app purchases bundled in the game are one time consumable, non restorable and non refundable.

5.  Data And Privacy

For purposes of this Agreement, “User Data” shall mean only information related to the user device. The game does not collect any data of any kind. The game integrates though third party advertising SDKs that may collect data from the device to offer a personalised advertising experience.

By playing the game, you agree and consent explicitly to allow those advertisers to use your data.
